Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
This policy covers Johnson Digital LLC's internal tools, including the tool the company uses to manage its own YouTube channel through Google's APIs. The DigiChompers app has its own policy at digichompers.com/privacy.
Who uses these tools
Only Johnson Digital LLC. The tools are not offered to the public, and no outside user signs in to them.
What Google data the tools access
When the company's own Google account authorizes the YouTube tool, it can access that account's YouTube data through the YouTube Data API:
- channel details (name, ID, basic statistics);
- the channel's videos, titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails and playlists;
- the ability to upload videos and edit their details on that channel.
How the data is used
Only to upload and manage Johnson Digital's own videos: posting a video, setting its title, description and thumbnail, and checking that an upload finished. The data is not used for advertising, profiling, or anything else.
Storage and sharing
- The sign-in token is stored on a single company computer, in a file only the company's account can read.
- YouTube data is read when a task needs it and is not kept as a separate copy beyond working files for that task.
- Google user data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties, and it is never used to train AI models.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Johnson Digital's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The tool also follows the YouTube Terms of Service; see the Google Privacy Policy for how Google handles data.
Removing access
Access can be withdrawn at any time from the Google account's security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When access is removed, the stored token stops working.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
